Anka Art Prize Illustration Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to artists worldwide. There are no age restrictions unless otherwise specified.

All submitted works must be original and created by the participant.

2. Submission of Work

By submitting an entry, participants confirm that:

The work is entirely their own original creation

The work does not infringe upon any third-party rights

All submitted information is accurate and complete

3. Copyright & Ownership

All artists retain full copyright and moral rights to their work.

Anka Art Prize does not claim ownership of any submitted artwork.

4. License Grant (Usage Rights)

By submitting artwork, participants grant Anka Art Prize a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted works for purposes including:

Exhibitions (physical and digital)

Printed and digital catalogues

Website and social media publication

Press and promotional materials

This license is granted solely for the promotion and documentation of the competition.

5. Credit & Attribution

All reasonable efforts will be made to credit the artist in every use of their work.

Minor adjustments (such as resizing or layout formatting) may be applied for publication purposes.

6. Image Requirements

Selected artists must provide high-resolution files suitable for professional printing and online display.

Failure to provide adequate quality may result in exclusion from certain materials (e.g., catalogue).

7. Artist Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their work:

Is original

Does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights

Has all necessary permissions if it includes third-party elements

8. Disqualification

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

9. Communication

All official communication will be conducted via email and/or the official website.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking for updates.

10. Acceptance of Terms
